Lost or Stolen certificate's of deposit's

My dad died in aug. 6 as well as in march/september. 1980 he deposit $20,000 in providentis lender within the type of cetificates of deposit's. Upon his demise i attempted numerous of that time period to get the resources, but even today they declare that he never deposit THE MONEY at-all, but I've the orignal documentations to show that they're laying concerning the funds. I 'am really fail inthese people since my dad continues to be using the services of them since I have was a little girl.
