Ripoff fraudulent company after numerous attempts to get rid of them, they are still stealing from me

I have written numerous certified letters to CCS to stop taking money from my account. This started one year ago and I thought my sending my last letter they would leave me alone. But instead the took money from my account again to renew my so called membership and benefits package. The took the amount of $198.00. How do I get them to stop and How do I get my money back. This latest transaction was just 2 days ago. Pleae help.
