"Dazzlewhitening", "Axiswellness" Beware "ezykit" now stealing from your bank accounts! AKA: Dazzle White or Axiswellness

I am fed up!!! I have unsubscribed to "dazzle white" and have put a stop on "Axiswellnessportal" from accessing into my account and withdrawing without my authorization. THIS IS STEALING.
I have been checking my account daily for any unusual transactions. It started four months ago with an unauthorized charge of $89. After numerous efforts in ceasing "Dazzle White's..." services, I finally saw that they were no longer charging me monthly. But then "Axis wellness portal" began to take money from my account... Stressed out by now... I found out through "complaint" that they were connected. I've been trying to put a stop to all this... But the hits just keep on coming. Latest affiliation to this nightmare is "ezykit".
Please... Somebody do something to stop these criminals!!!
