Omni won't stop charging my account after 2 year contract is done

The location I went to was awesome but the financial department forget it I went through my full 2 year contract and then was informed my contract would renew I said I do not want to renew I can not afford it and was told that I had to write a letter I said ok I have now written and mailed out 3 letters and yet still am stuck with this charge on my bank account this is not good customer service at all and now I have to close out my bank account to stop the charges from coming out
