Streamline Re-Fi A JOKE

Back in June we started the process for a StreamLine Re-Fi. We where told this is a quick program and will have you in a lower rate in a couple of months. We sent all of the documents required. July rolls around and the Underwritters need more info. We provided it quickly because we where told we would be able to close in Sept and not have a mortgage payment till November. Septembers comes and the Underwritters need more info. We sent that along quickly. Well here we are half way through Oct. We were told we will be closing this week. Now we live paycheck to paycheck and held their word to the closing and went ahead and paid some bills early. Well we just got stuck up the rear end. We where told today we won't be closing till next week. We spent our mortgage money on bills and now will have to pay late fees. This banks $ucks!
