Lawsuit against me for a loan I never took out

My 10 year old son received a call yesterday from this company wanting to speak to me. When my son asked them who it was they told him they were ACS and had a lawsuit against me. My son then gave the phone to my husband. When my husband got on the phone they told him they had a lawsuit against me and he asked them who they were and they hung up on him. Today at work, a gentleman called me and told me he had a lawsuit against me and they we was the litigator for an attorney named George Miller. I asked them what the lawsuit was for and he told me they had three counts against me for check fraud, and something else. He then told me that I should be in California court by Monday morning at 8AM to settle this lawsuit. I then told him, I thought this was a scam and he told me he would send his crew to my house to pick me up and take me to jail. I then told him I had already contacted my local police department and he said he didn't care. They told me they wanted me to give them my attorneys information. He then hung up on me when I let them know that I was pressing charges for harrassment.
