Donot want to reinburse

As of 6/4 I had Fios Installed. I had been stayed charged by directtv. I had been informed no body never remove your support within the mean-time I had been over-charged $216.00. I spoke to customer support and was informed we can not reinburse you-you will need to show you'd Fios mounted create a notice towards the corporate workplace and allow them choose climate they're prepared to reinburse your resources. I actually do possess a statement when it had been mounted when you have a fax number or tackle cheers Robert Murray
