Unfair Contract Terms

I closed a deal together to market my company almost 5 years back. I terminated the agreement inside the conditions of the agreement and five decades later they claim they never got my notice and that I currently owe them due to their missed chance to market the busines, becasue I understand longer contain it. I'm not alone within this scenario there are lots of others simply google their title and you'll observe the reason.
