Refuse to return extra payment

09/01 I created two funds to Lender of America the very first week in July. Ever since then they've "split" what's needed in order for them to return the additional cost. Nowadays they requested that my credit union deliver a notice informing they'll not "NSF" the cost for that additional cost made on 07/06. I expected for anything in writing from Lender of America to verify their demand plus they stated they don't supply directions written down. How illegitimate is that this?
