Complete scam, the lady was very rude, low balled the appraisal with no good reason why. From what her own appraisal showed, she listed the house that is one of the nicer one in the neighborhood 1500 over the lowest priced house to sell, and 25,000 under the highest price to sell in the neighborhood, and 15,000 under the already reduced county tax assessment.
