Ripoff

We recently took out a loan to pay off Seawest and we are now owed $373.32 from them because of overpayment made to them. This is money they owe US... I called to ask when I would be recieving the money due me. I was told that they are going to hold it for 30 days to insure the check from the financial company that paid them off clears. Pardon me! It does not take 30 days for a check from anywhere to clear!!! They are holding OUR money and this is not fair!!! The check has probably already cleared and they just want to use my money for 30 more days.
