Ripoff dishonest fraudulent business practices

I bought a car from Wholesale Enterprises in Dallas, Tx in November. They sold my note to SeaWest Financial Corporation in Paramount, Ca. I paid the car off in November and received my original title from the company.

I went to a Car Dealership to purchase a new car in February and found out that SeaWest Financial reported to the Credit Bureau that the account was charge-off. How in the world is this company able to get away with this S*#*.

I've been trying to contact SeaWest Financial and every number I dialed I get this recording "the number you have dailed is no longer in service". But, I can tell you this, this matter is not over...
