Rude

I called to talk to Tracey wanting some information on my car and she was very rude and unhelpful and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Whenever i was coming in to make payment everyone was all smiles and friendly but whenever I was late which wasn't alot noone wanted to deal with me. The fact that Mike told my mother that he would work with me about the situation I was in about my job and now they take my car away from me. No one from their staff called me for 2 whole months which had me thinking that Mike gave them the ok for my extention on my car payments. But nope never was i informed by mail or a simple phone call that they where going to take my car.

If i had the slightest idea that they where going to take it I would have done everything in my power to come up with the money or part of it. The day after they took the car i get a letter in the mail saying they are going to donate the car to charity!
