Well I was one of those people who got hooked in... DirectBuy sent the golden key and said I was one of five people to win a car... We as the saying goes... Dollar and a dream! Went to the open house, spent over 2 hours listening to the speech. Was not interested, went to leave premises and the local owner came over to our table, very nice lady and before you knew it we were signed up. To this day, over 10 months ago, I have not ordered anything, looked at website, read magazine etc. I have tried to cancel this membership many times, I told them to keep the money I have already paid, around $2,000. That I cant afford now that I am permanetely disabled. No one wants to hear anything. I keep getting harassing phone calls wondering where there payment of 172 month is, that I signed a contract and cant get out of it. So if I could tell anyone... Dont get sucked in like i did. Not worth it. Prices high. Dont want to work with consumer. Lowes and home depot are much cheaper!!
