Business & Finance

Got financed with this company when I initially signed my contract I advised MIKE that The 8th of every month was not a good time for me and that I would be late on my car payment every month So he advised me that I got 10 days from the due date, Well on July 6 while at work my car was taken from me. I got on the phone with the Manager (MIKE) and he advised me that He didnt want my business anymore and he didnt want my money, He told me that I broke a verbal promise, I then asked him how does a verbal promise outweigh a contract which is in writing, He told me that I was wasting my time talking to him and that even if I paid the full month he was still coming to gt my car because he didnt want my business. I advised this company about when I was coming, how much and everything. They told me that communicating would avoid alot of confusion, this company has never had to contact me about paying I went up to the company and spoke with them face to face. He knew that I needed that car and he was being soooo rude and handling business poorly, while on the phone trying to get a understanding he basically told me I was a liar (judging me based on a verbal promise) so he says and then hung up on me.
