Fraud

A charge of $39.99 was placed on my visa card, and i have never, ever bought anything from amazon. I want my money put back either into my account, or a check sent to me for this amount, or my bank and i are gonna file fraud charges against amazon mktplace since no authorization was given to take any money out of my acct.
