Bad documentation

In my mortgage was offered to Countrywide by Greenpoint Mortgages (ahh, the great past of mortgage trading!). Once the mortgage was changed, my newest cost wasn't delivered to Countrywide, so that they discovered my consideration to become poor. After much letter-writing, and lastly a notice towards the subsequently boss, the problem was (towards the greatest of my understanding) fixed. Fast-forward to when, upon an unrelated phone to Lender of America, the currently operator of my mortgage through the takeover of Countrywide, I came across the cost from 2003 have been mysteriously reinstated. I've now been moving Lender of Americais endless paperwork for 2 weeks without any result in view. Exactly what a horrible, HORRIBLE organization! And Thelma, within their study division, positively will not reply the telephone, does not return my calls, and it is positively performing to avoid assisting me solve this (formerly solved!) situation. Never get a mortgage through w of the!!!
