Ripoff

Fairbanks took over our loan from Equicredit and our nightmire began. Late fees, applying insurance fees to escrow and more. We were told payments were late we were being forclosed after going through and setting up a forbearence aggrement and making payments we were told the person who sat it up never turned in papers. Have no idea what was done with this extra ammount of money we were paying.

Sat up another one after being threatened of forclosing. Higher amount of money was paid and they started forecloser without even telling us. We started receiving letter about are house being sold. We were finally sent a hugh bill for their lawyers stating if we paid x amount of dollars thay would cancel sale. We could not come up with the $8,000.00 they said we needed so we did a chapter 13, even though we were under this protection they still when ahead with the sale and we were charged with apprassel costs and advertising and such.

Now after 8 months they say we only owe 2 payments and we will be up to date. I don't trust anything they say they have ruined our whole lifes never had any problems before they took over. It has been a total nightmire and I am wondering if we will ever wake up.
