Litton Loan Servicing loan bought from Fairbanks ripoff trying to forclose. All payments current, costing major legal fees

Was first ripped off thousands by Fairbanks Capital. Then sold to Litton, who from day one has demanded late fee amounts, and extra money for homeowners, when I have my own.

Now they are sending all payments back to my lawyer in attempt to forclose..

Lies from the start. Sent court letter that payment is over 4 months behind.

Never has a payment been late or missing. Legal fees are mounting. I had to file bankrupcy due to all the extra money Fairbanks got out of me. Now here we go again..
