Class-Action - I am in. Certegy and businesses like them are only a racket! I visited the DG recently, right nearby to my workplace and so I frequent it frequently. Published a check from my company consideration for $11.84 which was rejected. I obtain a rejected check reciept with Certegy's telephone number. I contact them-and they inform me the check was rejected because of a bad statement from the third party that will be Obvious Check and inform me to call 1 800-859-3170. I contact this quantity that will be Unclear Check it's TRS Recovery Services - business collection agencies as well as Telecheck. Obviously I can't keep in touch with a individual and so I proceed through the phone prompting that will be asking concerning the check which was simply rejected - routing/acct #, examine # and quantity - it simply proceeds to consult me exactly the same things-but never appears to approach through. And so I contact Certegy to inform them that Obvious Check isn't any longer Obvious Check which the telephone number they offered me isn't operating correctly - they inform me that they're unaware that Obvious Check has become another organization, nor have every other contact info for Obvious Check. I'd my identity taken in December but believed I'd eveything solved but believed I better examine in case there is anything available I had been unacquainted with, I went a credit history on all 3 reporting companies and anything is superior, my rating at-all three companies is within the large 700is with no blemishes anywhere. Therefore today I'm at an empass - I actually donot understand what to complete and am frightened as heck to create a check everywhere since I actually donot understand which retail company use Certegy and that I truly do not wish to feel the embarrassment of last night.

So bottomline - If anybody understands a-class activity I'll participate in a Fresh York minute.
