Decline check for no reason

I published a check at Marshalls on March 8 and was rejected by Certegy; I've exceptional credit, the cash is in my own lender; I really could not observe any reason why my check was decrease; the worker offered me a card and explained to contact a business called Certegy; I named and was informed the check was rejected not due to any unfavorable factors however for preventive cause; this can be a fraud.
