US Bank has treated me worse than an animal. They have done everthing that you all are complaining about. I finally got my account closed with them.
I have the fax # to the Presidents office it is 651-495-8224, unfortunantly I forgot the phone number, I just have a copy of my fax confirmation with them.
Fax them your problem, and what city and state you are calling from and they usually have a district manager to call you.
Doing business with this bank has stressed me to the max. I am glad that I am through with them.
