Accurate Systems - Delstar Mgmt RIPOFF! Make promises they don't keep! Castries, Saint Lucia

My fiance and I were really in need of a loan to pay off bills and get a new vehicle. I applied over the phone with a to a number I got out of the local Thrifty Nickel. I originally applied for an auto loan for 17,000.

I got a call back the next day from Glenn Thomas stating that I was approved for 20,000 and that my payments would either be 360.00 for 5 years or 215.0 for 10 years. He said that it was an open loan and that I could pay it off early. So naturally I chose the smaller payment. He said that he would fax the information that next day. Like he said I received the paperwork and he advised me of the 495.00 retainer fee and that the approval and services were guaranteed.

I, wanting this to be a legit deal, sent him all the info and the retainer fee that following Friday. It was received on Monday at 12:00 P.M. I did not receive a call until Tuesday at 5:00 P.M. From Lisa Jones. She reiterated that I was approved and that the processing takes 2 days max.

Well, 2 days came and went and no call. She finally contacted me on Monday and left a message that she was done processing my file and to call her back. I did that several times and did not here from her again until Thursday she then told me that I would be receiving a package in the mail with credit card applications. I told her that I did not apply for credit cards, I applied for a loan and was approved for a loan. She then stated that I was approved for the full 20,000 and that once I sent off these applications, they would require no further information and when my cards come in I can pick them up at a local financial institution.

What the heck is that all about? Meanwhile, I'm awaiting this other paperwork!
