Kimberly from Portfolio Recovery called my brothers house, which is where I use to live and persistently Badgered to gain personal information. She spoke very rudely and was just was ugly on the phone. THis is not the first time they've called. Every time this company calls, they are rude and ask personal questions of who they are speaking to, their relation to who they are trying to get in touch with and many other questions. Never polite. They make me so upset.
