Cca Credit Service Division ripoff the company cca called my home and offered a super credit card deal that i come to find out was bogus and now my credit is going down the tubes

The cca company called my home i believed his name was louis johnson. They offered me fist a 2500 dollar credit and all i had to do was put an initial payment of 199.99 then another 199.99 to secure the merchandise credit well i gave them my bank numbers for a pay by phone check and they took money and neglected to say i would not recieve my money at all. Now my credit is all messed up my bank had an over draft fees and all bill that i pay using that account made me lose my account.
