They will take your money and bait and switch at the last min. I found them advertising on website... They had the lowest rates for jumbo loans... They promise one thing and delivered another... I was getting a jumbo arm at 2.875% and no closing cost... At the time of closing my rate went to 3.25% with $2,500 in cost... Shannon Stevens 904-623-8686 and everbank are liars thiefs and con artist. I wish i never went with them... I ended up canceling my whole transactions out of frustration and lost the cost of my appraisal that was supposed to be refunded to me at closing of $550... I would not recommend anybody buying or refinancing to go with them. I am glad I was not purchasing a home or i would of signed the final documents.
