Ripoff - got my name (I purposely misspelled) from a web site

When I was requesting information from a website I was unsure why they needed my name, so I misspelled both my first and last name. They sent a credit card to me in the misspelled name.
They stated I had requested to card to their "catalog shopping." Evidently I would have to shop from their stores for a huge annual fee which would be deducted from my checking account — I don't think so. I will NOT be responding to this offer.
