Ripoff Fraudulent credit card

I recieved a letter from this company so i called and i was asked if i had a checking account number, so that they can take out 199.00 for a membership feepls additional 99.00 for a annual fee. I aksed what good is this going to do me when i can't use this card as a credit card, i was told it is used to shop their catalog. I ask why haven't i recieved a catalog yet and the person could not respond but gave me a long distance number to call which is 702-392-7555.

When this person first ansered the phone he just said hello, there was no business name or did not even mention his name the entire time i talked and asked questions. He stated that this would be reported to all the major credit bureau's.
