These guys got me too. I just pulled my credit report with Equifax to see how I stood for a new home loan and I have a negative item from Palisades Collections, the phony account number starts with ATT. It is somewhat comforting to know that they've been discovered but this will take time to clear up. I've been working hard to improve my credit in the areas that I'm aware of so that I could buy a house, I don't need Palisades ruining it for me. I've filed a dispute with Equifax and will write as many letters as I need to!
