Jennifer, (supervisor, and Maureen Bruce, mngr, processed order and have it on recording me telling them NO

I adamently stated I DO NOT want this and they still processed the order I am a disabled individual with ahearing impairment. I continued to call and they wont release me from this.

I am contacting the BBB and all whom I can to get this taken care of. As far as I am concerned this should fall under the handicap/dissability laws.
