Questionable Charges with

Upon receiving my August Statement, I made two individual payments to NextCard Visa. One on 8/13/00 for $35. Which was a bank money order, the 2nd $35 payment was what is called "Click Payment", an automatic withdrawal from my bank.

I recently received my November statement to find something listed as "Adjustment-Balance-Payment" in the amount of $35, a fee of $29 for "Previous over the limit fee", along with a. 69 "previous finance charge fee".

Not understanding what any of this was, besides these new fees putting me over my credit limit again (another $29 fee), I immediately contacted NextCard.

Without having to go over the entire frustrating ordeal, I will tell you that I have since made repeated phone calls, several e-mails to this company, and faxed over all supporting paperwork (6 times) to prove that this was in error on their part, I have yet to have them correct my account.

What they are trying to tell me is that one of these $35 payments was returned for Non-Sufficent Funds. How would a money order be returned for NSF? And the Click Pay is a direct withdrawal from my bank account. If the money was not there, it would have been rejected on the spot.

I need assistance from someone as my credit is becoming damaged on a daily basis because of this. Help!
