Apartment Theft

My apartment was broken into on June 1. My claim adjuster Ron Umali is very rude. First off he never called to see what happened or explain to me what needed to be done. I had to call him several days after the incident do to no response, an he was very rude. Not giving me a chance to speak or explain what all was taken and destroyed. I spoke to a superviser by the name of Patricia who stated that she could not give me any body else. My apartment office requested for them to give them a call since the adjuster revealed info to them and also twisted words that were said for their corporate use.

I have missed out on certain work related issues do to my claim not being resolved. I had to get all info myself to speed up the process and it still has not been resolved. My mother spoke to Ron the first time and was rudely interrupted by him also. And this was her first time speaking to him. I now speak to a rep named Lisa but nothing has been resolved. It was three apartments that were broking into that day including mine. What are we suppose to do, when we pay for them to protect us? When leaving us out in the cold.
