I made the mistake of renting from these people!

When I was living there, I would often times come back to my apartment after being at school all day to find things not the way I had originally left them. I even came home one day to find that my drawers looked as if they had been dug through and my desk was in the same condition.

I spoke to numerous other tenants who were having the same exact problem and most of them were moving out because of it. Patricia Sams is the apartment owner, the apartment is in fairly run down condition because it is old, if you ever make the mistake of living here, take pictures of the apartment before you move in! Patricia will try to blame you for damages already done! She did not give me my deposit back, she would not even speak to me. I left the apartment in mint condition and she stole over $500.00 from me!

These people will nickel and dime you to death! Two ex-neighbors of mine tried to get their deposit back and the same thing happened to them. They even tried to get a copy of their lease and the rental manager Maurie Hartshorn wouldn't give it to them. Maurie Hartshorn has even admitted that she has heard a lot of other tenants complain about "someone" coming into their apartments while they are away.

Stay away from these people. They may come off as nice at first, they did with me, but watch out, Patricia, though she is rather old, is very, very vindictive. They will rob you.
