Scam warranty

Currently approached ruud, mention of the a-10 year warrantc compiled by jame honda. Ruud is informing me they WOn't do something. My attorney is requesting ruud to deliver certified notice in my experience, declaring you'll not back-up this guarantee, and there is no permotinal breaks being provided at that time the system was mounted. He also really wants to understand why reem who possesses ruud, the exact same device. Has two different warranties. Until we understand this notice. The attorney claim that ruud ought to be managing all warranty fraud using the specialist mr. Wayne honda. Since how was i to understand the guarantee was not legid. Cheers ronnie grain
