Rear-Ended at 50 mph, Rental Capped, Injury Claim Unpaid

I was in a car accident back in November. I was hit by a teenage Allstate driver who was clearly at fault. I was at a full and complete stop when I was hit from the rear at 50 mph.

The Allstate customer even pleaded guilty in court. He was playing with the radio and not paying attention.

Then came the claims process. It took 8 weeks to get my car back from the shop, with 6K in damage. Then Allstate said it took too long and only wanted to pay for 28 days of the rental car!

Now, with the BI settlement, they are nickel-and-diming me over every single prescription receipt. I have faxed all of my medical bills and signed an affidavit releasing my information, yet today I got another letter requesting copies of bills. Do they think I will just get frustrated and forget about the whole thing?

While they did pay for the car repairs directly, as I used a preferred auto shop, I have not seen a penny for medical bills or a BI claim.

Allstate is terrible.
