I am familiar with US Lender not being the friendliest or many useful. Yes, its frustrating, but I cope with it... Nevertheless today was outrageous. I named to check on my stability today and was amazed that there is more income in my own bill since yesterdsay. I required to talk to a "customer support" repetition and had the pleasure of talking to somebody called Erica. Immediately I really could tell she'd a processor on her neck. She hurried through some half a*ed explination so when I attempted to explain what she stated she started speaking with me like I required a helmet and padded area. She was incrediably condescending and rude. I ultimately requested on her boss so she might observe how to complete her work with a few course (I acknowledge, I had been annoyed!) And she kept fighting with me, stating that she may do her work and that I simply chuckled and maintained requesting her supervisore. This really is when this fool hung-up on me. I did so call-back and quit a note t / her boss so we will notice if he is as "useful" as his worker. Lord, I dislike US Bank - I desire it had been more straightforward to switvh banks!!
