Ripoff!

Same as everyone else, a man named George called and said that i was already preapproved for a master card with a $1,000.00 credit limit all i needed to do was pay the $217.00 and it came with some long distance thing and a free cell phone and lots of other things. It all sounded appealing so i was all for it.

He asked to verify my account information and he said he would do check over the phone payment. I said i wouldnt have the money by the date he said it would come out so he said just to tell the verifier that i would have the money and then call back before the 24th of feb to hold it off for another 4-6 weeks, when i called back i couldnt get to his extention that he gave me so i tried talking to the woman who answered the phone and she toldme that the transaction already went through.

It hasnt come out of my bank yet but i do plan on cancelling my account and starting a new one after reading all what i have, but my bank says they cant do anything until the transaction goes through then they can reverse the transaction.
