Ripoff, bold flat out lying, fraudulent, evasive consumer fraud ripoff unknown

I received a phone call telling me that I was approved for an unsecured credit card with a limit of $1,000, and all I had to do for that card was give them $187. Stupidly, I gave them my account number so that they could just take the money out of my account.

A while after that I started to feel very uncomfortable about the situation so for several days I tried to contact this company and I would be on hold for several minutes I always ended up hanging up. Finaly I was able to get through and I asked to speak to my contact person, I was told that my contact person (Janet) only handled out going calls and did not take in coming calls. When Janet called me about the credit card she specifacly said that if I had any questions or problems to contact her, she even gave me her extension.

I tried to tell them that I wanted the transaction canceled, they told me that it could not be cancelled. So I told her that the money just would not be in the account. About three weeks later I went to the bank and my account was $49 over drawn.

So I just assumed that in 25 days I would be recieving my card, until today when I saw this website while trying to look up prime one financial. So now I'm just wondering what to do next.
