Continuing Charges despite payoff of loan

I never got out financing with Santander. Our mortgage was offered for them by Citi. I never skipped a cost or was overdue throughout the whole period that I'd the mortgage. I reduced the mortgage and Santander is continuous to consider exactly the same cost from my consideration even though that I've a zero equilibrium together. I've named, faxed and sent them to try and get it to prevent however they WOn't recognize it's occurring and WOn't return the cash. I've sent them bank statements displaying the costs and submitted fraud costs with my lender. I am in a reduction for how to proceed. And so I am shutting the financial institution bill that they're subtracting the cash from regardless of the amazing trouble of altering my direct-deposit along with other direct debits for additional bill funds. I have no idea what I am likely to do to obtain my cash back. They're rip-off musicians. They'll grab every cent that they'll get after which combat along with you toothandnail before they'll provide it back. Someone please open a-class activity against these men. I'll cheerfully participate in.
