Is a nightmare changed my account type during transfer will find a way to sue

Ok so we all know in pittsburgh that national city either became first niagra or PNC my fiance and i were national city customers then were transfered to pnc. We both had free checking accountswell when pnc took over our accounts we were told verbally that our accounts would stay the same, this was not true i got free checking but he was given something called a work perks access checking account we didn't know what the difference was we thaught it was normal... Till he lost his job.

It winds up you have to have a direct deposit of 400.00 or more in order not to accrue charges. If you dont then you get chared 36.00 a day! I called pnc after he was negative 84.00 and was told it was his fault and he had to pay it and will continue to fight this tooth and nail till this gets resolved if he had free checking in one place it should have transferred to the other! They are rude and nasty and like to issue threats but i will get his money back some how.
