National City bank is very happy to charge you. They lure you in with their "Free" checking accounts. Once you are a customer, they rip you off big time. You get no customer service at all. I had a positive balance in my checking account of $1.43 and they charged me a $26.00 overdraft fee. I had to argue with them for hours to get them to refund the overdraft fee. The next day, the account is charged another fee because a checkcard transaction that I didn't place is pending for $1.00! This company is ridiculous and they don't stick to their policies.
