I simply got off the telephone with NCO after examining my bank record to locate they had billed me to get a control charge once they stated they'dnot! The lady asked me why I required the $10 subsequently, in an exceedingly snotty tone stated "ARE NOT YOU USED?!"

The only real moment I'll be speaking with them again would be to contact and let them know that I'm splitting our contract due to them LAYING in my experience plus they may watch for a sign in the email from me every month like I'd requested to complete right from the start, but was informed NO

I truly hope they report the LAYING component!
