I requested an effort purchase for Acai Real. The path day was suppose to become 2 weeks in the day I received it. I requested the product on 11/25/08 and didn't receive it till after-Christmas! I had been billed 39.95 from Acai Real on January 5. The merchandise was a diaretic real and easy plus it was terrible. After I named to obtain a refund I had been informed that I had been after dark day plus they wouldn't provide me a return. After examining my bank record I understood I'd been billed 59.00 to get a Wellness View, 16.95 monthly to get a Prime-Time Savings, as well as 29.95 for healthy-fac. After calling all these figures and waiting on-hold for over five units with each before ultimately being assisted I had been annoyed. I named Acai Real back again to let them know they had a need to provide me a complete reimbursement because of all of the difficulty I've experienced due to them as well as the item was poor - the lady about the telephone wouldn't provide me a supervisor, then she told me she was a manager and he or she wouldn't support me. I had been laying concerning the day I received it which she wasn't accountable and may not assist me, then SHE HUNG ON ME!!! I'll ensure that you inform everybody I understand to watch out for this fraud!
