Ripoff money sent for escrow took and placed elsewhea

My complante is with Washington Mutual, Home Loans based in Milwaukee, WI 53201-3139. And one of there offices whear you send your payments in Dallas TX 75266-0139.

When my taxes and insurance went up, they notified me i had a escrow shortage, which reached me after the due date to send it in. So i sent it in with my house payment, and marked it in the box for escrow, my total check was for $1195.88 which $595.88 was for the new house payment, and $600.00 was for the escrow shortage.

OK, well i thought every thing was taken care of But oh no on my next house payment they sent was a new amount for house payment, and they said i still had a shortage, so i called them, and i got a young man that said he would check my account and see what had happened, WELL, it seeme they cant READ, because they took my escrow and put it toward my principal, which of course made it seam like i didnt bother to send the escrow shortage in the firstplace, so he said that he would put in a work order to have it re-clamed and put whear it belonged, but said that i would still have a shortage of $25.00 but you see when i sent my escrow in i sent more than they asked for i sent $600.

But the shortage was $575. So i asked about that, well we never did figuer out whear that $25. Went to, and now they've re done it again and my new payment is $643., and im still short $180. And they still wont tell me what they did with my $600. For escrww, and im still fighting with them.

I know of 5 people pearsonaly that have had bad dealings with this CO. And i dont see how they can clame to be a good mortage CO. There a Big Ripp Off.

I talked to a lady today Lord was she rude, and she mannager to push all my buttons, down to the very last one, so i suppose ill call them again tomorrow, after my blood presure goes down some, I just wish there was something that could be done with out all the long calles and that they would understand that there NOT alwas right, and they dont have the right to take money and put it just anywhear they want, when it was sent to them for a piticular purpose, every $ i have is important to me, i dont have extra growing on trees, like they seem to think we all do.
