Ripoff Lie not true to their word deliberately charges late fees Irving

Every time I called EMC to do a check by phone, they bring up a late fee that I'm supposed to pay for reguarding a overdraft check fee, that they say I called into make a payment for insuffent funds on my account which was done w/o my authorization.

Every time I call to make a payment they try to tack on the $30.00 fee. When I bring to their attention that this particular transaction never to place, and that there is always suffient funds in my account to cover my payments. They said they will waive the fee, but no notication is ever made on the account for the next customer service operator to see. And it just keeps going.

I never had any problem with my mortgage until I was tranfered over to EMC from Kupland Mortgage.
