These scam artists swindeled me out of $1990. After numerous calls and emails from October to December, I finally sent an email that hit a nerve. So they sent me one of the foresenic audits in March. I called Bank of America to find out how much they had worked with Household and they told me they hadn't. They kept sending me an email with some contact on it delaying my second audit. After calling BOA, I could not find this so called person. Then in April, they stopped responding to my emails and of course the phone number never goes to a real person, but says you can leave a message that no one ever returns. I had enough I filed reports with the FTC and attorney general of California, as they were not suppose to take money before rendering services.
