Failure to Return Funds

In July I entered into an agreement with Household Relief to work to get me a loan modification with Wells Fargo. I paid them $795 with the agreement that they would perform a mortgage compliance report and if no violations were found they would refund the fees less 30%. The company did nothing but send me a packet to get me started. I, myself, contacted Wells Fargo and worked with one of their employees. Through him I was able to obtain the modification. The employee of Wells Fargo had no real dealing with them. He spoke with them two times to tell them the progress of the modification. I was constantly in touch with Household Relief requesting a refund because of their lack of performance. Finally in March of after many calls, emails, and faxes they sent me a phony report of violations that were found with no explanation as to how this information was obtained.
