Reporting re-aged debt to credit agencies

I put on a in CT, authorized for courses. I chose to decline them before courses begin to visit another university instead. And so I delivered the faculty a notice to fall my courses through certified mail. Effectively the faculty "dropped" the notice and stated I never delivered them one.
