Incorrect information

I had been in nearby lender a week ago and talked to some consultant, Tina. She explained the Ability of Lawyer I'd was finished in 1997 and must be "updated" every ten years. I've examined every supply I will discover and believe her data is wrong. So long as both events are living (we're) the Ability of Lawyer is legitimate. I believe TD lender must follow-up with this and apoligize in my experience if her info wasn't appropriate.
