Telephone Harassment

TAM named me in 2004 at the office referencing an alleged debt from 1996. They stated I owed $438 from a flat complex I quit. I thought these were attempting to adhere me for many type of problems, however they delivered my deposit, minus $15 since I applied the bathroom while I had been awaiting a walk-thru. I requested TAM why after 8 years I'm being approached plus they stated they've not had the opportunity to locate me. Hmmmm I've often had a printed amount... I expected them to deliver me paperwork of what and just why I owe and that I will appear it around. They stated they didnot need to display evidence of something which I owed the cash of course if I didnot spend them-they might pull me into courtroom and that I would need to spend their attorny's costs... After being continuously bothered by telephone at the office, I read on your debt collectoris act and published them a notice, delivered it authorized email requesting them to create the evidence of debt and also to stop calling me. It got of a month once they closed for that notice to prevent bothering me. Today we're last year, almost five years later. Just like a poor situation of herpes, it popped back-up. They've yet again started their phone harassment, calling me often each day, overlooking the prior notice I delivered them-and breaking your debt collection work much more. I did so document a using the Federal Business Commissionand am along the way of once more delivering them another authorized notice to stop and completely quit the nuisance. WHOA after almost 13 years plus they still frighten me for anything I challenge due plus they keep getting away with this particular.
